An informal discussion between Head of Laboratory of Halal Policy and Management, Halal Products Research Institute of UPM (Dr. Nurdeng Deuraseh), Dr. Ahmad Tarmizi Talib and Dr. Sarjit Gill, and a WU team was carried out on 25 August 2012 during a night stop at UKM on the way to Indonesia. The discussion was concerned on staff and student exchanges for Halal food managemant.
