Medical Students from Ohio State University Participating in Medical Field Training Program at Walailak Hospital and Sichon Hospital

 

    Walailak University, represented by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Surin Maisrikrod, Acting Vice-President for Foreign Affairs and Learning and Teaching Development accompanied by Asst. Prof. Dr. Patnarin Supakorn Acting Director of Center for International Affairs (CIA) and Asst. Prof. Dr. Udomsak Saengow, M.D., Acting President of Walailak Hospital, welcomed Ms. Cristina Ortiz, Mr. Karl Gregory Shaver, and Mr. Tyler Haddad, Exchange medical students from Ohio State University. The students will be participating in a medical field training program at Walailak Hospital and Sichon Hospital over the period from 14th to 29th of March, 2022. 


    Walailak Hospital and Sichon Hospital are committed to promoting the health and wellbeing of the people of the country. Serving as a place to nurture hands-on experience for medical students, Walailak Hospital is currently welcoming the 5th batch for the medical field training program and exchange program. 


    Center for International Affairs (CIA) arranged a city sightseeing tour for the students to see the city’s landmarks of Nakhon Si Thammarat province on the 14th of March, followed by a Walailak University campus tour.
