Awards

     Law students from Walailak University won the 1st runner-up award and 2nd runner-up in the legal problem quiz competition on the annual Rapee Day 2022 at a regional level on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at Kaew Samui Resort Hotel Mueang Surat Thani District Surat Thani Province. The students joining the competition include Ms. Kanokporn Thongklieng, Mr. Chaturon Hemtanon, Ms. Wanchanok Petcharat and Mr. Denchai Jindakaew, 3rd year and 4th year students, Walailak University. The winners received certificates, plaques and prize money of 10,000 Thai baht and 5,000 Thai baht from the Director-General of Justice Region 8. The students will proceed to represent Region 8 in the national finals to compete for the royal trophy from Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendira Debyavati, the Princess Rajasarinisiribajra, on September 2, 2022 at Sanya Thammasak Conference Room, 7th Floor, Judicial Development Institute Building. Ratchadaphisek Road, Chatuchak District, Bangkok. 

    9 teams representing 5 universities joined this Legal quiz competition to commemorate the annual Rapee Day 2022, at a regional level, namely Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University, Phuket Rajabhat University, Suratthani Rajabhat University, Walailak University and Chumphon Vocational College.
