School of Education and Liberal Arts (SELA) and Center for International Affairs (CIA), Walailak University, in collaboration with Department of Russian Language for Humanities and Natural Sciences at St. Petersburg State University, Russia offer a Basic Russian Language and Culture course in June-July, 2024. The online master classes are scheduled in 7 sessions featuring broad scopes of knowledge ranging from Russian food tradition to conversation in Russia, given by Professor Maria Nechaeva and Professor Olga Chikhovani from St. Petersburg State University. 

This certified master class is one of many learning projects aiming to strengthen collaboration between our MOU partner university, St. Petersburg State University (SPbU) and Walailak University (WU). Previous to this class was a co-lectured session in the course Variety of English led by Dr. Kamontip Klaibanmai and Dr. Svetlana Koudria, a senior lecturer from SPbU. The English Program, School of Education and Liberal Arts, Walailak University is committed to forging collaboration on an international level through co-lectured courses, research collaboration and scholar visits under the leadership of Asst.Prof.Dr. Wararat Whanchit, Assistant Dean of SELA International Collaboration and team. 

The first four classes are to be in session on June 18, 20, 25, and 27, 2024, at 5-6.30 pm, via Zoom. Please consult with the schedule below and get ready to expand your learning journey.
