Walailak University Explores Partnership with Thai-Swedish Chamber of Commerce for Work-Integrated Learning Opportunities
On March 14, 2025, Walailak University, led by Dr. Suthasinee Sangkhum, Assistant to the President for Global Engagement, visited the Thai-Swedish Chamber of Commerce to explore potential partnerships. Accompanied by Ms. Sanaghatai Khabklomsong, a representative from the Center for Cooperative Education and Career Development, the delegation aimed to establish collaborations that would facilitate 8-month work-integrated learning placements for WU students in Swedish companies, both in Thailand and Sweden.
During the visit, the Thai-Swedish Chamber of Commerce provided valuable insights and strategic advice on fostering partnerships with Swedish businesses, universities, and organizations. This initiative aligns with Walailak University's commitment to expanding international career development opportunities for its students through global industry engagement.
