On 22 February 2023, 2 – 5 PM, Walailak University International College (WUIC) Students Club or WUICSC organized the “Badminton Friendship Tournament 2023” at WU Badminton Court. The competition of “Mixed Double Matches” was aimed to strengthen the bonds among WUIC students, and among WUIC students and staff, exchange students from Russia and Mongolia, and students from other schools and colleges at Walailak University.

The winning team of this tournament was from School of Political Science (Mr. Parinthorn Rattanapan and Mr. Phongsiri Chimkaew), followed by girls from School of Science (Ms. Charawi Detphumi and Ms. Ganyalak Chaimaha) and a team from School of Allied Health Sciences (Ms. Pattarasaya Auksornpun and Mr. Kunanan Aksornjit) as the first and second runner up, respectively.

All winning teams received small prizes from WUIC as the encouragement, while all teams and participants won solid relationships and sportsmanship with old and new friends. This event had more than 50 participants from 6 schools/college. WUIC wishes all of you healthier bodies and minds, and hope to see you again in the following event.
